Beautifully Blended Birthday

I recently saw a striking card made by Tracie St.Louis. She'd created a blended background that really drew me in. The card had a single flower with leaves. She graciously allowed me to CASE it. There are subtle differences between the two, which I'll share below.
I sent the card to my friend Lisa who celebrated a birthday earlier this week - I hadn't realised that it was a 'BIG' one and can only hope that my card brought a smile to her face.

I'm afraid the photos aen't the best! But I think the images are clear enough for you to see the blending easily.
I used Mango Melody,Rich Razzleberry and Night of Navy ink to blend, along with our beautiful soft blending brushes.
The flower, from Timeless Tropical, is heat embossed.
So, the differences - my flower is a tropical hibiscus (the original is more of a rose), I didn't attach a sentiment butembellished the leaves with fine tip glue and the card front had a final splatter of Wink of Stella along with some rhinestones.

If you haven't yet tried our blending brushes then I hope this will encourage you to give them a go!
