Time is flying past! Last week I held another Coffee and Card in my local Costa.
For our card I used the Friends are like Seashells stamp set and coordinating embossing folder. I'd liked this bundle from the very first time I spotted it but had only used it once, so it was certainly time for me to ink it up again.

The base card is smoky slate, a mat of flirty flamingo on top of which is an embossed mat of coastal cabana which has had bermuda bay ink blended over the embossing to accentuate it. The splatters and 'marks' on the top mat are not messy gluing, I've splattered Wink of Stella on top.
The sentiment (cut using a retired punch) is layered onto a 2.5" circle of calypso coral and has various stamped and fussy cut images around it from the same stamp set. These have been coloured using watercolour pencils and a water painter.
The stamp set has a coordinating embossing folder and die set. The die cuts out an area of the embossed image. However, since I was in the coffee shop, I didn't have my die cutting machine with me so the starfish, shell and seaweeds are fussy cut. A little pool party sheer ribbon and a few gems from my stash finish the card.
