Birthday Girl

Last week it was the birthday of one of our girlies. I made her a pop up panel card on soft shades of pool party with white to give it a clean, crisp finish.
Unfortunately the photos are a little dark. I do wish I'd used the lightbox to make them brighter!
Here, on the front, I've used the celebrate embossing folder (Celebrations Duo, which gives a negative, debossed effect) over which I've used a sponge roller and ink to show off the negative letterpress style word. I've edged the panel in a retired washi tape and highlighted the word itself with Wink of Stella. You can see it a little better in this close up -
Inside I've used DSP from the Serene Scenery stack (also retired). I do find it hard to let some of these things go!!!
On these panels I've stamped images and sentiments from the 'Beautiful You' stamp set in Bermuda Bay and added a few sequins  for subtle bling.
It was a pleasure to make it for Laura, I hope she liked it!
See you soon!
