This past month we returned to the Greatest Journey stamp set for our classes, along with pieces of the stunning coordinated patterned paper (DSP), Enjoy the Journey. Sadly, as of today, these products have retired (although keep a beady eye on our clearance sections just in case there is any left in the warehouse when clearance updates!).
We created 4 cards including one pop out centre panel fun fold. I do have a simple - very simple! - video to share the instructions to make the fold, which I'll share with you further down this post.
My first card is also a fun fold - an easel card. You will have seen this fold countless times before but I did change it up by creating a frame panel with a window sheet (acetate) aperture.
The base card is bermuda bay. I'm still trying to get my head around the fact that this colour has been retired too!
The floral image on the frame and window sheet have both been stamped using the, also retired(!), stamparatus, then heat embossed in white. The stopper which prevents the easel collapsing is in bermuda bay on white, creating a striking card.
My next two cards were inspired after seeing a blog post by Heidi Collins (ON Y GO! STAMPING). I just love the beautiful colourway of the DSP.
My final card is the pop out panel fold. I had seen instructions by a US demonstrator but they were in imperial measurements. The US card sheets of card are also a different size to our A4 - wider but shorter in length. So, I worked out my own sizes in metric, the result is the following card (I also made some the previous month in different colours and using alternative DSP).
Here is a photo of the card laid flat...

I'll include a list of products used below, as some may still be available on clearance at some point.
I hope you've been inspired to create.
Happy crafting!
