Picture Perfect Coffee

Another week, another Coffee and Card session. I really liked the cards we did this time.
I used the same design to make cards in two different colour combinations and different stamps.
The first, shown below, has a powder pink base with a smoky slate layer. I stamped on the whisper white card in a diagonal direction with the sprinkles stamp on powder pink and the tiny triangles stamp in smoky slate. Both stamps are from the Picture Perfect Birthday set.
Onto this I stuck 3 strips of Basics Pack 1 washi tape from the top. Then stamped the 'amazing' stamp from the Amazing You stamp set (SAB) in rich razzleberry lower down on the right hand side.

On a scrap of whisper white I stamped the rest of the sentiment  using more stamps from the Amazing You stamp set. Cut this into a banner shape on the right side and use the Ticket Tear border punch on the left. Punch a small strip of rich razzleberry using the same punch and stick to the back of the sentiment panel, leaving a little showing on the left side to give a coloured edge. This was attached to the card front with Stampin' Dimensionals. The card is finished with sequins.
The second card appealed to me more, despite being the same layout. This is because of the colour combination - bermuda bay and lemon lime twist.
The diagonal stamping is using the sunray stamp from Amazing You- first in lemon lime at alternate angles, then in bermuda bay in the corresponding space. The washi tape is retired but works perfectly with the colours. The greeting stamp is from Picture Perfect Birthday with the last word 'you' masked and is stamped on a whisper white scrap which has been punched on the left with the Ticket Tear border punch - as is the strip of bermuda bay which is stuck under the left edge of the white card. This single word is stamped on its own, lower down the card on the right hand side of the card front.

A few sequins and we're done!
Think I might make some more in this style!
Have a good weekend, happy crafting,
Lesley x
