Fun With Stamps & Inks
Another day, another birthday!
This friend bought me a super stamp for my birthday and I wanted to use it on her card. Although it's not a Stampin' Up! stamp, the rest of the images and inks on the card are.
The base card was rose red, the next layer is champagne foil. Background stamps are from the Timeless Textures set and ink colours are berry burst, lemon lime twist and tranquil tide. The inks have been layered on using the smoosh technique then images are stamped on top. The bow is new Vintage Crochet Trim in black.
I really had a lot of fun playing with this. It's a shame that you can't clearly see the lush new Champagne Foiled card behind, I should also add that all traces of glue were removed from the foil before sending!
