Stampin' Creative Blog Hop - October - Fancy Folds

It's that time of month again - Stampin' Creative Blog Hop.
If you've hopped here from Mikaela's blog (she always has something good to share!) or simply stopped by - Welcome!
This month we're making a card with a fun or fancy fold.
I decided to make a small bendy card, you may remember I made a larger one a couple of years back (http://lellyjellys.blogspot.co.uk/2014/01/stampin-stars-sale-bration-springsummer.html) which seemed to be popular.
Here's the card, let me know what you think...

I have to be honest - I've just noticed that my trees are listing slightly!
The stamp set is Wonderland. Other supplies are Sleighride edgelits dies, iced rhinestones and snowflakes.
A list of supplies, which are all available from my shop, is at the foot of this post.
A complete list of blogs taking part in the hop is also below.
